Obituary for Thomas A Haje

Thomas A. Haje, passed away on Saturday December 19, 2020 with his loving family by his side.

Born in Trenton, Thomas was a life long area resident and lived in Bordentown the last 43 years. Employed as an accountant with the New Jersey Department of Labor, Thomas retired with 26 years of service. He also spent over 35 years as the treasurer of the Bordentown Regional School District. Thomas was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church and enjoyed listening to all genres of music. Thomas was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and his greatest joy was time spent with his family. 
 
Son of the late Thomas and Mary V. (Stackhouse) Haje, Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Kathleen M. (Lawrence) Haje, son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Haje and Kerry Kelly, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Haje and William Szelingoski and grandsons, Ryan and Matthew Haje, as well as many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also a special thanks to Chris for the being the brother Thomas never had but always wanted.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, 100 people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home and church. Masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced when possible.
 
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday December 23, 2020 11:00 am at Mary Mother of the church parish 45 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Calling hours will be held Wednesday morning from 9:30 ~ 10:30 am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Bordentown
