Obituary for Thomas A Fisher

Thomas A. Fisher II, passed away on Thursday December 24, 2020 with his loving family by his side.

Born in Trenton, Thomas lived with his family in Bordentown for the past 41 years. Thomas served honorably with The United States Coast Guard for four years. He was employed with Ocean Spray working in production. He retired in 2015 after over 36 years of dedicated service. After retirement, Thomas worked part-time at NADE auto auction. A master carpenter, Thomas was an avid fisherman and bird watcher. He enjoyed watching and feeding the local birds and squirrels or swimming in his pool.

Thomas was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and his greatest joy was time spent with his family. 
 
Son of the late Thomas A. And Doris Fisher, he is survived by his beloved wife, Kim M. Fisher, his children, Thomas A. Fisher III, Katie Fisher and ( David McCarty), Ryan P. Fisher and (Erin Holmes), his grandchildren, Veronica and Ava Fisher, Taylor McCarty and Samantha Felix, his step-mother Joann Fisher, his siblings, Carol VanPelt, Harry and ( Mary) Fisher, Richard Fisher, Leigh-Ann and (John) Ott, Lori and (Michael) Palmer, Gina Smith his grand-dogs, Jack, Lucy, Charlie, and several nieces, nephews and friends.

At the families request In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Thomas’s name to either Christ Church Parish 130 Prince St, Bordentown, NJ 08505 or the American Cancer Society.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, 100 people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home and church. Masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced when possible.

A Celebration of Thomas’s Life will be held on Saturday January 9, 2021 11:30 am at the Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Calling hours will be held Saturday morning from 10:00 am until time of service at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
