Obituary for Stanley "Stosh" Blasczyn

Stanley “Stosh” Blasczyn, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday September 9, 2023, at
Virtua Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Born on a farm in Chesterfield, Stanley was a lifelong residence of the
Chesterfield/Bordentown community. He was employed by Roebling Steel, in Roebling NJ and was a proud Law Enforcement Officer for Chesterfield Twp in the 1970’s.

Stanley went on to study HVAC T and earned his EPA Technician 1 and 2 certifications.
In the 1980’s Stanley worked for the Bordentown Regional School District in the Maintenance Department where he carried a Black Seal and Boiler license before venturing out to establish P&S HVAC. He later moved on to secure a position as a Civilian Contractor with IAP/Pride Industries on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and was part of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 68, retiring in 2012.

Stanley was affectionately known as “Stoch” or “Stan the Man” by everyone who knew
him. He was a Jack of all trades, and he could repair anything. An avid Phillies fan, He enjoyed
cars, cooking, cutting his lawn on his John Deere, gardening and helping his daughter
at her flower shop. He will be remembered for his generosity, his willingness to help
another one in need, his sense of humor and for always wearing a baseball cap, but his
greatest joy in life was being surrounded by his family and friends.

The son of the late Stanley G Sr. and Margaret Blasczyn, he is survived by his wife,
Phyllis Blasczyn, his daughter, Tara Krisanda, his son, Christopher Krisanda, his
grandchildren, Robert and Alexandra Krisanda, his beloved cat Gracie, his sister, Margaret
Mary Alexander, his children, Kimberly, Stanley, Matthew, and many nieces, nephews
and cousins.

At the family’s request in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stanley’s name to
Stray Network Animal Rescue ( or a rescue mission of your choice.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday September 16, 2023, 11:30 am at the
Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Calling hours will be
held Saturday morning 9:30 am until time of Service. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s
Cemetery Hamilton NJ.
