Obituary for Ryan T. Parker

Ryan T. Parker, passed away Monday June 28,2021 at his home. Born in Mount Holly, Ryan grew up in Springfield before moving to Bordentown many years ago.

He was a graduate of Lock Haven University and received s Master’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Ryan was employed with the Federal Government for over 30 years. He began his career working for the Department of Defense at Fort Dix in the Roads and Grounds Department. He was promoted to contracting and transferred to the National Parks Service at Ellis Island. He was then Promoted to Contract Specialist at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. 

He enjoyed coaching football, baseball and hunting. But the great joy in Ryan’s life was his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father and son and he will be missed by many.

Ryan is survived by his wife Maura A. Parker, his children, Jack R. Parker and Rachel N. Parker, his parents, Robert M. and Marjorie A. Parker, his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Karen Parker, his niece and nephew, Callyn ( Chris) Wren, Braedon (Madeline) Parker, and many relatives and dear friends.

A Celebration of Ryan’s Life will be held on Wednesday July 7, 2021 10:30 am at Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown NJ 08505. Calling hours will be held Tuesday evening from 7:00 ~ 9:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 9:30 am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Columbus Cemetery, Columbus NJ.
