Obituary for Pamela E. Fiorentino

Pamela Mills was born on May 10, 1969 in Pittsburgh, PA. Pamela was the first in her family to be born in America. Her parents and two sisters moved to Pennsylvania from Sweden. Pamela was very proud of her Scandinavian background. Her father’s career moved their family around the east coast. Although she spent most of her childhood in Madison, CT. Pamela created lifelong friendships and had very fond memories of living there. Eventually she moved with her parents to Wheaton, IL where she went to high school. After graduation she went to beauty school to become an esthetician. She maintained many positions in the beauty industry through out her life, including owning small businesses of her own.

Pamela spent the next 18 years in Wheaton raising her twin children Lauren and Dylan. Shortly after her her kids graduated from high school she had reconnected with a former classmate from Madison, Andrew. Pamela and Andrew married in 2011 and they lived in Bordentown, NJ for most of their relationship.

Pamela was a very proud grandmother to her grandson’s Jaxson (7) and Declan (1). Being their Nana was one of the greatest joys of her life.

Pamela will be remembered by many for the way she could light up a room. She had a contagious smile and an infectious laugh. She went out of her way to make people feel good about themselves. Her kind and caring heart touched many lives. She had a way of making a stranger feel like they were in the presence of a friend. Pamela had a truly one of a kind personality and a free spirit.

She had a passion for arts and crafts, and greatly enjoyed painting and drawing. She was very talented with refinishing old furniture. Over the years she nurtured and spoiled many pets because she was an avid animal lover. Pamela loved the spring time and surrounding herself with flowers. Her happy place was at the beach with her relaxing in the sand or swimming in the ocean with her grandson.

Pamela was predeceased by her parents Brian and Margareta Mills. She was survived by her sisters Christina (Bryan) Termine of Connecticut, and Louise (John) Dumonceaux of North Carolina. Her children Dylan (Amanda) Milkent of Illinois, and Lauren (Chris) Gray and their two boys Jaxson and Declan of New Jersey.
