Nina G. Horton, passed away peacefully on Monday September 6, 2021 with loving family by her side.
Born in Staten Island NY, Nina was a long time resident of East Windsor and spent her retirement years in the Columbus/Mansfield community

Nina was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed reading, trivia, traveling on cruise ships and making crafts for family and friends. Nina was passionate about the Christmas season and hosting holidays for family. She was a proud member of The First Presbyterian church of Bordentown and of the Crown and Anchor Society.

The daughter of the late Gwynn and Charlotte Payne, she is predeceased by her loving husband, Robert A. Horton, her siblings, Harry Payne, Ronnie Payne, her son-in-law Dennis E. Healey Sr. She is survived by her children, Susan D. Healey and Robert A. Jr. (Brittany Hall) Horton, her grandchildren, Dennis E. Jr. and (Colleen) Healey, Christine A. (Brian T.) DeSousa, Larissa (Paul) Barth, John (Amanda) Horton, James Horton, William Horton, Philip Horton, Margreate (Harry) Flatt, her great grandchildren, Abigail, Brandon, Christopher, Jude, Gideon,Vivian, Junia, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please contribute a donation in remembrance of Nina’s to the Mansfield Township Ambulance Corps 41 Fieldcrest Dr. Columbus, New Jersey 08022.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday September 17, 2021 11:30 am at the Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown,NJ 08505. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:30 am until time of the service. Burial will be private.
