Obituary for George Z. Schipske

Dateline Bordentown

George Z. “Georgie” Schipske, 25, passed away on Wednesday November 27, 2019 due to injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.

Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong resident of the Mansfield community. He was a graduate of Northern Burlington Regional High School and was employed by Dengler Demolition in Bordentown, where he was mentored by Paul Dengler for more than ten years.

Georgie had a passion for the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who also enjoyed riding motorcycles and tinkering with the many trucks he owned. He was a self-taught musician who loved to play his guitar and harmonica with his brother, his father, and friends, almost every night as they all relaxed at home. He will be remembered for his smile, his sense of humor, his storytelling, and especially his laugh which left a lasting impression on all who knew him. The greatest joy in his life was his family. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, and uncle, and he was blessed to have so many friends who were truly an extension of his loving family. He’ll be missed by many, including his best buddy, Frankie the pug.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, George J. Sr. and Mary Schipske, and his maternal grandfather, Frank Z. Hawrylo. He is survived by his parents, George J. Jr. and Karen Schipske, his sister, Stephanie Schipske, his brother, Jacob “Jake” Schipske, his nephew, Riley Martin, his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth “Bettie” Hawrylo, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers the familt requests donation may be made in George's name to a charity of choice.
