Daughter of: Timmie W. Haley ( Lucille Watts-wife) both deceased.

Lovingly survived by: Husband Renato, son Paul (Dolores-wife); daughter Christine Holahan; step-daughter Laurie Ann; sister Doris Silvestri; niece Cindy ( David Fisher-husband); and (the light of her life) grandchildren, Haley and Griffin Holahan and “Sugar Baby” Sofia; plus many nieces, nephews and friends.

She grew up in California where she met and married her first husband, Alexander Manos (deceased), subsequently moving to Brooklyn, New York. Barbara was employed by General Motors in 1968.

After meeting Renato Giurdanella they married in July 1974. Happily one year later their son Paul was born. In 1984 Barbara decided to return to the work force and was employed by the Brooklyn Public Library.

In 2002 her husband Renato (Ron) retired from the NYPD and she from the library allowing them to move to Bordentown, New Jersey. Since moving here they have made many new friends. Residing in Village Grande Crosswicks Creek where they met many New Jerseyians; transplants from all over the country, making it a very diverse community. Thank you New Jersey for making us fell so comfortable and welcomer all these tears.

A Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday August 3, 2021 10:30 am at Mary Mother of the church parish 45 Crosswicks St, Bordentown. Calling hours will be held Monday from 2:00 ~ 4:00 pm & 7:00 ~ 9:00 pm and again on Tuesday morning 9:00 am ~ 10:00 am at the Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Entombment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery Bordentown.
