Anthony C. LaPointe, 91, died April 8, 2020 in Monroe Township, NJ.
Anthony was born on December 28, 1928 in Michigan. The family moved to Connecticut when he was an infant, where he was raised by his parents Charles and Louise LaPointe, along with his three sisters Lillian, Marie & Laurida and three brothers Theodore, Julius and Joseph. He enlisted and served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1953. Anthony was employed by ConRail and worked as a Forman for 35 years and retired in 1988.
He resided in Bordentown, NJ most of his life.
He was predeceased by his first wife Lucy Dantuono LaPointe and his parents, brothers and sisters. He is survived by his second wife Margaret LaPointe. Anthony had one daughter Annmarie Palmieri and her husband James, two granddaughters Lauren Haneman (David) and Melissa Jones (Alex), two great-grandchildren Adelyn Haneman and James Paul Jones.
He had a stepdaughter Roseanne Campbell and her husband Joseph, three step grandchildren Joann Smith and her family, Bernadette Garwood and her family, and Eric Campbell and his family and many nieces and nephews.
He was deeply loved and will be forever remembered and missed.
